Ophthalmologist

Dr Buckley completed his medical training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, and then as a registrar at The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital.

Further training at the Oxford Eye Hospital and Radcliffe Infirmary with Professor Anthony Bron, corneal specialist and with Dr Peter Scott, retinal surgeon in Cambridge.

Chris’ experience in issues affecting the underdeveloped world includes work with Fred Hollows in Central Australia and Cambodia, and Australian South Pacific Eye Consultant Teams in Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands.
